
Wafli Cookies – Store Policies
1. Pickup Policy
All Wafli Cookies orders are baked fresh to order. Customers will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification once their order has been prepared.
Pickup must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the notification. Failure to pick up within this timeframe may result in loss of product quality; refunds will not be issued for unclaimed orders.
Customers are responsible for bringing their order confirmation. If a third party is picking up on the customer’s behalf, Wafli Cookies must be notified in advance.
2. Local Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our location. Delivery times may vary based on order volume and baking schedule. Customers will receive an estimated delivery window once the order is ready.
A recipient must be present at the delivery address to accept the order. If contactless delivery is requested, the order will be left at the specified location and a photo may be provided as proof of delivery.
Wafli Cookies is not responsible for orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen after successful delivery.
3. Cancellation Policy
Due to the fresh-baked, made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations must be submitted within one (1) hour of placing the order.
After this timeframe, preparation or baking may have begun. In such cases, cancellations are not guaranteed and refunds will not be issued.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Wafli Cookies does not accept returns or exchanges for perishable products.
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

The customer received the incorrect item

An order was not prepared due to an error on the part of Wafli Cookies

A verified quality issue is reported within 1 hour of pickup or delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Failure to pick up the order

Orders left outdoors after contactless delivery

Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preference

5. Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders require full payment at the time the order is placed.
Pickup and delivery times for pre-orders are subject to bakery production volume and ingredient availability. Wafli Cookies will make all reasonable efforts to meet the customer’s preferred timeframe, but timing is not guaranteed.
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that delays may occur due to preparation time, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Policy Modifications
Wafli Cookies reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these policies at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
